Shaun brings more than 15 years’ hands-on experience in both education and commercial construction to every iBuilt project. He began his career managing small-scale refurbishments before progressing to lead multi-million-dollar fit-outs for schools, universities, office towers and retail centres across Greater Sydney. His practical, solution-driven mindset means he’s equally comfortable overseeing a $20 000 classroom upgrade as he is coordinating a staged refurbishment of a live commercial tenancy.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail and clear, proactive communication, Shaun partners closely with school business managers, education authorities, building managers and consulting engineers. He develops tailored project plans that respect tight deadlines and operational realities—whether it’s staging works during school holidays or scheduling after-hours handovers to keep businesses trading without interruption.
Safety, compliance and lasting value sit at the heart of Shaun’s approach. He holds CM3 prequalification and maintains strict WHS protocols, engaging only police-checked, Working With Children–cleared subcontractors for school environments and fully accredited trades for commercial and remedial works. His commitment to fostering long-term relationships means clients know they can rely on iBuilt Designs for quality-driven outcomes, every time.
